Administrative Assistant/Contract Clerk Needed ASAP in Rancho Cucamonga!!!

We are in immediate need for a Vendor Management Assistant/Contract Clerk for a company in Rancho Cucamonga! 

Duties:
  • Performing general office administrative tasks
  • Assist Vendor Manager with onboarding questions
  • Assist in reviewing and preparing Master Service Agreements (MSA)
  • Assist in preparing Work Orders and Service Contracts
  • Maintain contract files
  • Review vendor profiles for compliance
  • Use Yardi systems to maintain files
  • Draft agreements and legal correspondence
Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience in contract management or vendor management, preferably within property management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Smartsheet, Adobe and Yardi
  • Experience with general office tasks (scanning, filing, tracking)
  • Strong experience in drafting and amending agreements and legal correspondence
  • Service oriented individual
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Details:
Days: FULL TIME (Monday-Friday)
Hourly: $24.00-$26.00/hour
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Onsite)
