Administrative Assistant/Contract Clerk Needed ASAP in Rancho Cucamonga!!!

We are in immediate need for a Vendor Management Assistant/Contract Clerk for a company in Rancho Cucamonga!
Duties:
Performing general office administrative tasks
Assist Vendor Manager with onboarding questions
Assist in reviewing and preparing Master Service Agreements (MSA)
Assist in preparing Work Orders and Service Contracts
Maintain contract files
Review vendor profiles for compliance
Use Yardi systems to maintain files
Draft agreements and legal correspondence
Responsibilities:
Proven experience in contract management or vendor management, preferably within property management
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Smartsheet, Adobe and Yardi
Experience with general office tasks (scanning, filing, tracking)
Strong experience in drafting and amending agreements and legal correspondence
Service oriented individual
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Details: Days: FULL TIME (Monday-Friday) Hourly: $24.00-$26.00/hour Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Onsite) IMMEDAITE HIRE!
