Immediate opportunity for experienced Administrative Assistant in Century City!  4- 6-month assignment open to assist with end of year workload.
 
  • Proficient word, excel and ppt needed to support a team. 
  • Strong organizations and multi-taking skills, required
  • Strong eye for details
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Back-up reception, as needed
  • Financial/Investment advisory industry experience a huge plus
  • Onsite Monday thru Friday, regular business hours
