-Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.

-Collaborate with hiring managers and nursing department heads to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.

-Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

-Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks to verify candidates' credentials and work history.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems or other HR software.

-Provide feedback to candidates regarding their application status and communicate offers of employment to successful candidates.

-Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
