  • Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support the daily operations portfolio of multifamily assets
  • Tracking project progress and ensure timely completion of capital projects and building improvements
  • Tech savvy with experience in MS Office, PM software is a big plus.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel locally or out-of-state on occasion
  • Minimum of 2 years of admin experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (or relevant work experience)
  • Comp $65-80K DOE
