Floating Community Manager/Operations Specialists – Los Angeles, CA (San Fernando Valley)
This is a dual role;
Operations - SOP’s, assisting with financial performance and operational execution across the portfolio.
Property Management – Leasing, tenant and vendor relations
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in both corporate settings and onsite fieldwork.
At least five years of experience in property management
Exceptional communication skills
Strong customer service, problem-solving, branding, marketing, leasing, and leadership skills
Time Management, Conflict Management, Vendor Management
Proficient in Property Management Systems, Advanced Yardi knowledge
Comp: $75-83K
