Maintenance Supervisor – Gallatin County, MT

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations and physical upkeep of assigned communities.
Provides leadership and daily oversight to the maintenance team.
Minimum 3 years of related maintenance experience, preferably at a supervisory level.
Professional certifications such as CPO and CAMT.
Experience in all aspects of maintenance operations including electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, appliance repair, carpentry, and painting.
Proficient using MS Office Suite and property management software, preferably Yardi.
High school education or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license required.
Comp: $26-32/hr + $2500 sign on bonus (after 90-days)
