Maintenance Tech - Residential Property Management

Maintenance Technician – Gallatin County, MT

Maintain community grounds, pool and spa, common areas, trash compactor, pet stations, controlled access buildings, and amenities.
Timely competition of work orders.
Prepare make-ready apartment homes including painting, flooring, cleaning, rekeying, and general repairs.

Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience, preferably at a supervisory level.
Experience in all aspects of maintenance operations including electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, appliance repair, carpentry, and painting.
Familiar with technology including MS Office and iPads/tablets.
High school education or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license required.
Comp: $24-28/hr + $2500 sign on bonus (after 90-days)
