Multi-Site Property Manager – Franklin County, KY

• Someone with industry and lease up experience
• Work with maintenance team in making units ready and distributing work orders
• Scheduling/Showing apartment to prospects and leasing
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, branding, marketing, leasing, and leadership skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator
• Time Management, Conflict Management, Vendor Management
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Yardi and CRM IQ preferred)
• Comp: $65-70K + bonus
