Asset Manager – Los Angeles, CA

• Responsible for maximizing the value and returns of company portfolio. 
• Managing individual properties, analyzing market trends, and making strategic decisions to improve financial performance. 
• Key responsibilities include property acquisition, lease negotiation, tenant management, financial reporting, and risk management. 
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. 
• Knowledge of real estate principles, including property valuation, market trends, and financial regulations. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. 
• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required. 
• Professional certifications, such as a CFA or designation in real estate, can be beneficial.
• Comp in the $100-150K range + bonus.
