HR Director – Los Angeles, CA

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. 
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development. 
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations. 
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, address conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. 
  • Benefits and Compensation: Develop and manage competitive and cost-effective employee benefits and compensation programs. 
  • HR Operations: Manage HR processes, including payroll, HRIS, and employee data. 
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the HR budget. 
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics, and report on HR activities and trends. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership and strategic HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comp in the $130-160K range
