- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, address conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Benefits and Compensation: Develop and manage competitive and cost-effective employee benefits and compensation programs.
- HR Operations: Manage HR processes, including payroll, HRIS, and employee data.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the HR budget.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics, and report on HR activities and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership and strategic HR management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comp in the $130-160K range
