We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Director to lead the operations of a thriving Independent Living Community in the Kingsport/Johnson City, TN area.

As Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of the community. Your primary focus will be to ensure exceptional resident satisfaction, support team performance, manage budgets effectively, and drive occupancy growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strong operational leadership across all departments
• Ensure compliance with all state and company policies and standards
• Manage community budget, control expenses, and meet financial goals
• Lead sales and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on high-quality service
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications:
• Proven leadership experience in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financials, and occupancy management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
