Grants Manager (Temp/Temp-to-Hire) – Minneapolis, MN

Responsible for planning and implementing strategy for grant activity.
Oversee submission of grants.
Project manage and write public grant submissions.
Provide input on budgets for projects as needed.
Collaborate with cross functional teams.
Strategize and implement a pre and post submission stewardship process that increases funding.
Facilitate the research of new opportunities.
Supervise the grant contractors.
3+ years previous experience in a grants role is required (public grants strongly preferred).
Strong project management experience and ability to increase grant revenue.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a high attention to detail.
Strong organization and planning skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce a plus.
Comp: $38-$41/hr
