As Vice President of Marketing, you’ll develop and execute innovative campaigns that drive occupancy growth, build brand awareness, and strengthen community relationships across our diverse portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Lead marketing initiatives across all Chicagoland facilities, aligning strategies with business goals
• Develop and oversee digital, traditional, and community outreach campaigns
• Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and fostering collaboration
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
