Senior Development Manager (Commercial) – Phoenix, AZ

• Manage commercial real estate projects, permitting, construction, bidding, and contract management.
• Oversee site acquisitions, develop and monitor project schedules.
• Partner with contractors, architects, engineers, clients, and government agencies.
• Lead contact negotiations.
• Create detailed project reports to senior management, stakeholders, and external parties.
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate development (retail, mixed-use, and/or industrial development projects)
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle..
• Proven experience with leasing, permitting, construction management, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to proactively solve complex challenges while maintaining project timelines and budgets.
• A valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to job sites as necessary.
