Property Manager - Essex, MD
 

• Responsible for the successful operation and performance of property – occupancy, delinquency, waitlist, work orders, accounts receivable, compliance, apartment turnover, resident activity, policy and procedure implantation, marketing, maintenance and systems

• Knowledge and understanding of documents - AFHMP, Management Plans, Management Agreements, relocation plans, lease docs, MOU’s, housing and service agreements
• Understanding of the market and affordable housing programs

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• LIHTC, Project based Section 8 or 236, and/or RD hands on experience required
• Realpage, Fair Housing, and ADA knowledge is helpful.
