Assistant Property Manager (Seattle, WA) 
	- Works hand in hand with Property Manager and Compliance Coordinator on site for an affordable housing community, including leasing, resident services, compliance, and finances.
- Ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good time management, and confident working with a vulnerable population with a focus on helping the community. 
- Manage resident relations, including move-in/ move-outs, renewals, rule enforcement, eviction prevention, and conflict resolution.
- Handle financial management: rent collection, deposits, payables, vendor coordination, reporting, and budget adherence.
- Minimum qualifications: 2+ years as a leasing consultant with strong experience with funding layers. 
- MUST have versed experience with layers of funding: Tax Credit, LIHTC, HUD programs, Section 8, Vouchers, WA State Housing Trust Fund, etc.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, LIHTC, and funder requirements through certifications, audits, and accurate tenant files.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Boston Post preferred); strong communication and organizational skills; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; knowledge of Fair Housing and WA landlord-tenant law; ability to work effectively with diverse, at-risk populations.
