Senior Business Development Account Manager role in the Home Health industry located in San Diego CA. This is with a well known and established home health company. They have a large census, and they are continuing to grow, and they cover all of San Diego County. Requirements
	- Must be a Senior Level Account Manager or Sales Rep., able to bring in 15-20 patient admissions a month (not 15-20 referrals, admissions are what you get credit for).
- Must have a large “Book of Business” and connections in the healthcare industry in San Diego Ca. Preferably hospitals, physicians like orthopedics surgeons , assisted & Independent livings, SNFs, long term care facilities, memory Care & Alzheimer’s
- Facilities, discharge planners who work within these organizations and case managers can be a good resource for referrals.
- Must have reliable transportation and car insurance.
- Must have a good understanding of home health or hospice guidelines & services
- Must be outspoken, with great communication skills and ability to facilitate events, presentations and luncheons if needed.

- Base Salary $90k-$110k, possibly more depending on your experience
