Senior Community Manager – St. Paul, MN
	- Affordable housing knowledge, HUD, Project Based Section 8 and LITCH are ideal.  
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, including tenant screening, lease management, rent collection and maintenance coordination
- Screening potential tenants through background checks and credit reports 
- Negotiating lease agreements and ensuring compliance with rental terms 
- Conducting regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs 
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors 
- Setting rental rates based on market analysis 
- Preparing and managing property budgets 
- Handling eviction procedures when necessary 
- Advertising vacant units to attract new tenants 
- Showing properties to potential tenants
