On-Site Construction Manager/Superintendent – Dallas, TX

Oversee all on-site construction activities and daily field operations.
Proven track record of managing both ground-up and renovation projects.
Strong technical knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms
Review and maintain project schedules
Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills.
8–10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or On-Site Construction Manager.
Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Buildertrend, etc.) and Microsoft Office 365.
Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
OSHA certification preferred.
Comp: $90-120K DOE
