We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations at a well-run skilled nursing facility in Winchester, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who takes ownership, leads from the front, and is passionate about quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia (required)

• Skilled nursing experience (required)

• 3+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing setting (required)

• Strong knowledge of clinical compliance, quality measures, and regulatory standards

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing teams
