Join our premier facility near St. Petersburg as our dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), Registered Nurse (RN) and partner closely with a strong Director of Nursing and an engaged Administrator as we continue elevating care, culture, and clinical performance.

 

Experience Required

We welcome strong leaders from various clinical environments:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
  • Previous management experience (ADON, Unit Manager, RN Supervisor, or equivalent)
  • Hospital experience is welcomeLTC experience is not required
  • Willing to train the right RN leader with strong clinical and leadership skills
  • Strong communication, coaching, and team‑support abilities

What You’ll Do

  • Work in close partnership with the DON as a unified leadership team
  • Support, mentor, and guide nursing staff
  • Strengthen clinical processes and documentation
  • Assist with survey readiness and compliance
  • Help elevate quality measures and resident outcomes
  • Lead with visibility and presence on the floor
  • Support ongoing plans to increase census, acuity, and clinical capabilities
