Maintenance Tech – Farmington Hills, MI (Detroit)

5 years’ maintenance experience at multi-family apartment complex
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service, communication, organizational and time-management skills.
Must have a good driving record and a valid driver’s license.
Timely completion of work orders and special projects
Knowledgeable in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Painting, Appliance Repair/Replacement
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
