We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketer with a background in skilled nursing, or long-term care to lead and manage our organization’s digital presence. This is a newly created role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, support census growth, and strengthen recruitment efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals
Manage all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Create original, compliant content including written posts, graphics, photography, and short-form video
Coordinate and highlight resident life, team culture, community engagement, and organizational initiatives
Monitor online reputation and respond appropriately to engagement and inquiries
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics including engagement, reach, lead generation, and brand growth
Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with occupancy and recruitment objectives
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards in all communications
Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices within healthcare and senior living
Qualifications
Minimum of 2–5 years of social media management experience
Prior experience in skilled nursing, or long-term care marketing required
Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and execute content independently
Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills
Experience with analytics tools and social media management platforms
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance considerations in marketing
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects effectively
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience supporting census growth or recruitment initiatives through digital campaigns
