Regional Maintenance Supervisor – Midwest Region

Provide hands-on leadership and technical support to maintenance teams across multiple multifamily properties
Conduct property inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and company standards
Oversee preventative maintenance programs and capital improvement projects
Support budgeting, vendor management, and cost control efforts
Train, mentor, and assist with onboarding maintenance staff
Ensure compliance with OSHA and local/state regulations
80% travel MI, WI, IN, IA, NE, TN, LA, MO, OH,

Qualifications:

10+ years of property maintenance experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or regional capacity
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and general construction
Experience in multifamily/apartment maintenance required
Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, Entrata preferred)
EPA, HVAC, CPO, or related certifications strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple sites and work independently
Valid U.S. driver’s license required
Ability to travel up to 100% based on company needs
