HR Coordinator – Rancho Cucamonga, CA
- Responsible for coordinating recruiting, payroll preparation, workers’ compensation administration, safety compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Post job openings on hiring platforms
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews
- Collect and review employee hours for payroll processing
- Export and submit payroll data to the company’s payroll provider (Inova)
- Report workplace injuries and file workers’ compensation claims
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers
- Track employee safety certifications and training requirements
- Maintain safety training records and documentation
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Bilingual Spanish / English required
- Previous HR, payroll, safety, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with field employees and supervisors
- Knowledge of workers’ compensation processes preferred
- Familiarity with HR compliance and safety regulations a plus
- Experience working in construction, landscaping, or field service environments is strongly preferred.
