Seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle (RCM) at an established and reputable Home Care Organization that has been serving the community for 18 years. The perfect candidate for this position is RCM Manager or Assistant Manager, that wants to promote their career, and advance to a higher level of leadership!

You must have MCO experience (MCOs manage care) Examples: Medicaid/Medicare Managed Care Plans. This role focuses on operational execution, performance optimization and compliance across billing, coding, collections and payer processes to ensure and timely reimbursement, and managing a team of 10 billers/collectors.

Requirements

• Must have Home Care Industry experience in a RCM leadership role
• Must have billing experience for "Private-Pay" or "Non-Skilled" services. Example: Billing for In-Home Caregiving Services often referred to as "custodial care" or "ADLs" Activities of Daily Living.
• Must have Managed Care Organization "MCO" experience
• Experience with various Insurance Plans (HMO, PPO) that contract with providers to deliver medical services at reduced costs.

Qualifications

• College degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid and MCO home care billing and pay rules.
• Proven experience managing teams and operational KPIs
• Revenue Cycle Management
• Home Care Agency Experience
• Medicare/Medicaid Reimbursement
• Billing Processes, pay rules

 

This is a Fulltime, Perm position offering a competitive salary, and employee benefits.
Starting salary is $90k-$110k. Advancement and promotions will be available for your continued career growth. 
This is 100% onsite position.
