Sales Liaison- Home Healthcare Industry

Homecare/Home Health Sales Representative drives revenue by generating referrals, building relationships with healthcare providers, and selling in-home care services or products. You are responsible for meeting sales targets, educating families, conducting client/patient assessments, and maintaining CRM data to increase patient volume.

Key Responsibilities

  • Referral Development: Build and maintain relationships with discharge planners, physicians, and community partners to generate new patient leads.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas, develop territory plans, and conduct in-person sales visits.
  • Client Consultation: Educate potential clients and families on home health and home care services, performing assessments to create suitable care plans.
  • Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the agency and the community to improve brand awareness and patient outcomes.
  • Reporting & CRM: Document all activities in CRM systems, tracking referrals, and forecasting market trends. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Previous experience in home care, home health, hospice, or healthcare sales.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Understanding of home health and home care services, and patient care.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in the field and manage a territory.
  • Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for visiting prospects. 

Compensation Structures

  • Base salary + commissions
  • Mileage reimbursement.
