Director of Operations – El Segundo, CA

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across property operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and collections.

• Preparation of annual operating plans and budgets.

• Set revenue targets and ensure execution against portfolio objectives.

• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and expense reduction.

• Lead and oversee value-add initiatives, including interior renovations and common area upgrades.

• Oversee all aspects of staff leadership including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and retention.

• Monitor compliance with Operations and Accounting policies and procedures.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, Technology, and other departments.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree preferred OR equivalent experience (10+ years in property management).
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in multifamily operations or portfolio management.
• 5+ years in a people management role leading multi-site teams.
• Demonstrated track record of P&L ownership and financial accountability.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• High level of computer literacy and comfort leveraging technology in operations.
