In this role, you will:
• Complete and coordinate MDS assessments in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all MDS documentation
• Work closely with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans
• Monitor reimbursement and regulatory compliance related to MDS processes
• Assist with care planning and resident assessments

Qualifications:
• Active RN license required
• Minimum 2+ years of MDS experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and reimbursement guidelines
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to MDS and care planning
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
