Perform general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, janitorial, and limited grounds upkeep.
Inspect buildings, including roofs and common areas regularly
Ensure that job assignments and work orders are carried out promptly, efficiently, courteously, and in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain the shop and storage areas in a clean, orderly, safe, and secure fashion.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, supplies, work orders, and report time and materials as required.
Requirements for Maintenance Supervisor:
2+ years of related experience in a maintenance supervisor position required.
HVAC/EPA Certification Preferred
Knowledge of MS Office software programs & other job-related technology tools
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, lock systems, plaster/wall repair, painting; ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and successfully execute multiple assignments
Must be a proficient communicator and listener
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions
