Oversee all site operations, including team leadership, tenant relations, leasing, and property maintenance.
Executes or audits the complex processes required to maintain 100% compliance with Project-Based Section 8 contracts, preventing regulatory failures that could jeopardize HUD housing assistance payments.
Collect rents, process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and develop the
Supervise, train, and schedule on-site personnel, including leasing agents and maintenance technicians.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely work order resolution, complete turnarounds on vacant units, and maintain exterior curb appeal.
Field tenant complaints, coordinate educational or social resident events, enforce lease terms, and execute legal eviction notices when necessary.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an on-site property manager specifically within Project-Based Section 8 or hybrid HUD/LIHTC communities.
