Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician - Columbia, SC
We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who can do it all: turn vacant units so they’re move-in ready, knockout punch lists, and handle day-to-day service requests in occupied homes. You’ll split your time between make-ready work (paint touch-ups, drywall repair, fixtures, hardware, punch-out) and general maintenance calls (plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC repairs). No two days look the same — you might be prepping a renovated unit in the morning and troubleshooting a water heater in the afternoon.
