- Leasing and Tenant Relations:
- Assist in the leasing process, including responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, and processing lease applications.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Lease Administration:
- Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, conducting property inspections as needed.
- Rent Collection:
- Oversee rent collection processes, addressing late payments and coordinating with accounting as necessary.
- Prepare and distribute rent-related communications to residents.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the property management team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records.
- Property Inspections:
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure adherence to maintenance and safety standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address identified issues promptly.
- Community Engagement:
- Assist in planning and organizing resident events and community-building activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for property-related services, ensuring timely and quality work.
- Obtain quotes and proposals for property maintenance and improvement projects.
- 2 years of experience in multifamily property management, leasing, or a related role.
- Renovation, lease-up, and stabilization experience highly valuable.
- Experience with AppFolio preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other relevant property management laws.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
