Regional Community Manager – Los Angeles, CA

  • Oversee multiple community management teams
  • Responsible for the overall performance and success of assigned portfolio of properties. 
  • Lead and develop their teams, ensuring properties are well-maintained, profitable, and meet the needs of owners and residents. 
  • 5+ years experience in property management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and managing portfolios. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships. 
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but relevant experience can be a substitute.
  • Comp in the $100-120K range + bonus.
