Regional Property Manager – St Louis Park, MN
The Regional Property Manager plays a pivotal role tasked with overseeing multiple properties, bridging the operational and strategic aspects of management. The role is crucial for maintaining high tenant satisfaction, ensuring financial performance, and adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Overseeing the daily operations of all properties in the region, including maintenance, leasing, and customer service.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Preparing and managing annual budgets for each property and closely monitoring revenue and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Conducting regular property inspections to ensure properties meet health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of property upkeep and curb appeal.
- Leading, training, and managing on-site property managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Liaising with external parties such as contractors, local government officials, and community leaders.
- Implementing cost-reduction initiatives that improve the profitability and efficiency of property operations.
- Addressing legal and risk management aspects of property management, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Additional certifications such as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) can be highly advantageous and preferred.
- 5 experience in property management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing multiple properties or a comparable portfolio.
- Expertise in Market Rate, Tax Credit, Project Based Section 8, Senior and Family.
- Proficiency in using property management software like Yardi or RealPage.
